Cancellation and Reschedule of Appointment Policy

Our goal is to provide quality individualized medical care on time. “No-shows” inconvenience those individuals who need access to medical care on time. We would like to remind you of our office policy regarding missed appointments. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of medical care.    

Cancellation of an Appointment: In order to be respectful of the medical needs of other patients, please be courteous and message Trishla orthopedic clinic promptly if you are unable to show up for an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who needs treatment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you whatsapp message on the given number at least 2 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely medical care. We will give you any next available time for video consultation.

How to reschedule Your Appointment: If you are not able to give whatsapp video call for video consultation on a given time & to reschedule appointments, please whatsapp on 8303163397 for provisional time. We will return your call and give you the next available appointment time. If the concerned doctor is not free to take your call please whatsapp for waiting. We will give you a return video call whenever the doctor is free to receive your call.
